Mid Forty. To me the wieght was not the important part, fifteen years ago i was a member on that lake and left the syndicate after a couple of years. It was a 30 then! I never stopped thinking about that fish but i really wanted a 30lb common then and knew another water that contained more than 1 so thats what i done, fished elsewhere.

The lake was busy in those days, to busy for me but over the years the members have been reduced as the lake is notoriously hard so once someone dropped off the others bought out the ticket. Then the fishery manager who i have known for a long time asked if i fancied another go.

I just needed to get that one out of my system Smile  Smile
