Resizing pictures - eg for avatar

Big Al was having some problems creating an avatar and the error messages were unhelpful. Trish had a look and it was a size problem. She got around it with this link - http://www.shrinkpictures.com/resize.php

what size do they need to be for positing within text and adding to the gallery?

If you use photbucket Al.....it will let you re-size them depending on how you want to use them Wink

you can also use Attach file at the bottom of the widow you type your reply in ....it will re-size them for you Very Happy
