I have used various spod mixes in the past, the one I favour is:-
Chilli Hemp, maize , tares , crushed boile , tiger nut
What is your preference??

I have always found this topic fascinating as peoples spod mixes are all so different,I suppose it depends on time of season, the water your fishing and the fish that are in it,at the moment I am using a mix of hemp, pellets(different size's)maize, tinned sweetcorn and the boillie that I'm using, now and again I chuck in a tin of condensed milk or a few handfuls of tiger nut method mix to cloud up the water. Then again it all depends on whats in my bait bucket,I usually forget something |

yeah don't really have a fixed mix, constantly changing depending on the water really, however; pellets, hemp, crushed hemp, sweet corn, liquid flavours, tinned tuna and this horse feed stuff that i get from the pet supplier. |
