Fuel economyI passed a comment to the wife the other day how much fuel I was using.
I filled up Monday nite £73 and only 67lts. At around £1.03 you dont get much for your money now.
When I first bought the car it only cost me £51. When will the increase stop?

I know ... you're pushing an open door here, matey!
Ron laughs at me cos I'll spend money like water on important things like handbags and shoes ( ) and then waste a load of time driving to a garage to save a couple of pennies a litre. It's not the money so much as the fact that I feel like I'm being ripped off. I saw diesel at £1.105 the other day.... odd how the garages close to the supermarkets can manage to keep prices down isn't it?
Grrrr..... you've really got me started now!

Buy a pratical pair of shoes and ditch the car. Look at the money you save on fuel and more for that other handbag

Wonder how many days it would take me to walk to Birmingham for work? Or Manchester? My productivity would go down a bit unless I got one of these.....

trish, hey ron, you do realise if trish gets one of those,
you will have to spend money on back and shoulder massages, saunas, shirts, and jumpers (where the straps wear out the clothes) sun screen, water proof clothes, contact lenses, or glasses, sun glasses, work boots, insurrance, generator....... the list is never ending .... if I were you I'd just buy a few pairs of shoes and a dozen handbags... and keep the car !!

It doesnt seem to matter what country you are in. My drive to the office (13km) can take me up to an hour
Mind you at least once a month it can take me more than 10 hour as i fly to the usa
