i'm on about my run of blanks, i aint shying away blaming the weather like many are doing though. twas a cold, wet, windy, horrible one this weekend. that wind was so icy it cut straight through everything i was wearing.
i'm back out this weekend, got to break the run of blanks!

i am on about 7 nights blanking ... havent had a fish since the end of August 
where are you fishing??
I am planning on wimping out and finding a runs water.. i need to hear that delkim scream  |

iv'e changed my batteries last night in my delks, lol
i'm fishing Monks Pit, it's been rock hard for about 8 weeks, i haven't had a fish since some time in Sep, hardly any fish out since.
i'm thinking of fishing a small lake that is currently producing close to home this weekend. |

I wimped out ... the Mrs said i needed a day bonding with my daughter.... while she went shopping  .... looking at the weather outside i thought a sacrifice of fishing today in tempreture of 3 degrees means brownie points for the next trip when it may be milder (i hope)  |

yeah i didn't make it either, didn't get home from work until about 2130hrs and was knackered so couldn't be bothered. had a lie in saturday morning and didn't get up until 0930hrs, my daughter wanted a lift to work then so i thought, screw it, take her to work and do some christmas shopping.
got the wife sorted, got a few things for my daughter and had a chilled out weekend in the end.
can't go next weekend, dinner party but looking at going the following weekend. |

I'M out of it for most of this year, not fished since coming back from France last September, done something nasty to my back and needs a knife, so i'm pulling my hair out at the moment.
