I have to agree that making your own bait is very satisfying. Nowdays most bait companys sell there basic mixes to rolling companies and with a few tweaks you can have your own bait.
With the amount of angling i do i used to find that every night i was either fishing or making bait. If you have a good search about and buy your ingredients from the rolling company it can work out as little as £1 a kilo on top of your ingredients. That works out at about £6.50 a kilo. The more you buy the cheaper it gets
