Is it something that you as an individual do ?

What are your reason for/ against?

I do not like to sack fish, reasons being:

1) stress.

2) damage,

3) disease (carried from water, to water)

4) fish care.

no-one really need to keep fish in a sack, I have heard of fatalities due to this....  Mad

There is a proper way to do it , it is not something I practice myself. I know that people do it for photographic resasons.

I wouldn't personaly do it myself, i want to get the fish back in as soon as i can, photos can look just as good in the dark, i fish alone most of the time so i don't get too many pics anyway, i think it's an unecessary thing to do and adds more stress to the fish, which we all know is a well know killer.

There is no doubt that you can get a cracking photo at night as you have proved Ron.

I agree, you're are looking at what you should be looking at, the subject. When you add the night time pics with pics from daytime catches on a disc or an album, it looks more interesting, plus the viewer can see you caught the fish at night, i do like commons, lovely fish Ron.
